Sam Wong

I build and work with AI agents because I have ADHD.

Everything here starts in the same place. My brain needs external structure, so I build it — small, practical tools that came out of a real workflow need. Then I teach other people to build their own.

By day I train the people who train AI: Co-Founder and Director of Academy at Adaptig, Founding Member and Corporate AI Training Partner at DotAI. 10,000+ professionals trained across 70+ organizations in 13 countries. Based in Hong Kong.

What I'm building

  • sam-canvas — A live shared Excalidraw canvas for you and your AI coding agent: you sketch in the browser, your agent reads it with full project context and draws answers back onto the same canvas.
  • style-parody-poster — Recreate any poster or ad in its exact art style with your own product and copy. Powered by Gemini 3 Pro Image (Nano Banana Pro).
  • deepseek-tc-localizer — A Hong Kong Traditional Chinese localization reviewer — agent skill plus a standalone script, DeepSeek-powered.
  • speak-selection-mac — Highlight text on macOS and hear it read aloud (ElevenLabs, with a MiniMax fallback for Chinese/Cantonese). Zero dependencies.
  • claude-voice — Speak Claude Code responses aloud; accessibility for audio-first developers.
