In some Valve maps, lights have constant values of as high as 90,000 for some unknown reason instead of using falloff distances. This suprisingly enough works fine on stock lights, but if made a light_rt with dynamic settings, it completely glitches out, as shown in this video:

To Reproduce
Open a Valve map with a really high constant value light.
Make it light_rt and all dynamic and whatnot
Compile
See it in-game

Occurs on any map with lights like this, but this was tested with cs_assault from CSGO which has many lights like this, especially inside.
Expected Behavior
Lighting may look weird, but ideally not glitched and distorted.
